- No need for extra space in your warehouse. These extended warranties are sent via e-mail
- Online registration - you receive an e-mail with a link from HP and all you need to do is enter all the required details online
- you can upgrade your standard warranty by either extending service length or service level or even both

Service description: After remote diagnosis and support HP will if necessary ship a replacement unit to the customer by the next contracted business day. The customer will return the faulty unit using the pre-paid shipment label and container provided by HP together with the replacement unit. Please note that calls must be logged by 2:30pm for next day service.
