The Enhanced Warranty Support Plan delivers service above and beyond a standard warranty, including Comprehensive 24x7 Corrective Breakdown Maintenance Coverage.
Enhanced Warranty is a warranty upgrade plan for all non-portable systems that will include the following:
- 24x7 full breakdown maintenance support coverage
- 1 annual P.M. visit during business hours (after hours optional)
- Average 4 hour response time (within 50km metro area)
- Parts and Labour for 2 years
- Access to our 1300 "Hotline" number for 24 hour response
- 2 year Contract - one lump payment
