Product Brief
The SL-271-DP Cable KVM Switch eliminates your cabling worries with two sets of built-in cables. Users can access &control two computers using only one DisplayPort monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers and microphone. Conveniently switch between computers by simply pressing the attached Quick Switch button.

Quick Switch Button for instant switching
The Quick Switch button can be conveniently placed near your hand on the desktop. Whenever you need to switch between computers, simply press it to instantly connect to the other computer. It is the simplest and fastest way to switch. You can also use switch between computers using keyboard hotkeys or the optional switching software utility.

USB 2.0 hub port with full driver support for any advanced USB 2.0 device
If you are using a wireless keyboard and mouse that only uses one USB port on the KVM switch, the second USB port can be used to share your Hi-Speed USB 2.0 devices among connected computers. The ports offer full driver support for any advanced USB 2.0 devices that need their own drivers to gear up for full functionality. They do not use emulation and feature direct signal pass-through to ensure maximum compatibility.

Audio &Microphone switching offers an uninterrupted multimedia experience
The SL-271-DP supports audio &microphone switching to enhance your multimedia experience. Now you can sit back and enjoy live audio output from your KVM switch. The simultaneous/independent audio port switching allows you to switch the audio to the connected computer or leave the audio to a dedicated computer. This allows you to be connected to one computer while listening to the audio from a different computer.

Optional software switching for PC and Mac
The SL-271-DP also provides optional Switching Software that shows you the current active PC and allows you to select your PC as well as configure keyboard hotkeys. It appears as an icon in the system tray of your Window/Mac desktop and will change its number icon upon switching to show the active PC port.
