The j5create JDA156 mini DisplayPort to Dual HDMI Adapter allows you to connect up to two HDMI monitors from a single Mini DisplayPort output. The JDA146/156 utilizes multi-stream transport (MST) protocol, supporting up to 2 displays independently at up to 4k @ 30Hz each with DP 1.2.
