Overview

A connectable media player to drive Digital Signage and Kiosk

Shuttle's new XH110 and XH110V are compact 3-liter media players that feature robust performance and can be customized to drive highly interactive kiosk, vending machine, and POS applications. Equipped with Intel H110 chipset, this series supports Intel 6th generation Skylake LGA 1151 65W processors and delivers 4K/Ultra HD video content. With two video outputs, both can support dual screens independently. The series has PS/2, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, SATA 6Gbps, RS232, and Intel Dual Gigabit LAN to be found at the front and rear of the machine. With one built-in M.2 2280/2260/2242 Type M and one M.2 2230 Type A expansion slots, you can easily install an M.2 SSD, Wi-Fi module or other compatible devices providing strong expansion capability and network connectivity. Thanks to its heat pipe and smart fan cooling technology design, the series is 24/7 certified and runs reliably cool in 0-50 degrees sC temperatures.

Support Intel 6th generation Core processors

Equipped with the new LGA 1151 socket, the XH110V and XH110 support Intel 6th Generation (Skylake) Core i3/i5/i7, Pentium, and Celeron 65W processors. Built-in DirectX 12 compatibility with the Intel HD Graphics significantly increases CPU or GPU.

Equipped with an Intel100 series Chipset

With integrated Intel H110 Chipset, the series supports dual channel DDR3L 1600 with up to 32GB memory (16GBx2). Both support Dual Intel Gigabit LAN, SATA 6Gbps, and USB3.0 interfaces for superb data transfer speed.

Great Connectivity

Connect with multiple peripherals via four USB2.0 ports, four USB3.0 ports, one PS/2, and two RS232 (one RS232 and one RS232/422/485, both support 0V/5V/12V). In addition, an adaptor can be used to convert RS232 to USB port for supporting more devices.

Supports an Optical Disk Drive (ODD)

The XH110 and XH110V are equipped with one slim ODD bay, allowing users to install additional storage and/or a slim line ODD or three 2.5" storage drives (SSD/HDD).* *Note: Installation of ODD is not compatible with three SSD/HDD configurations.

Supports an optional 3.5 HDD

The XH110 series supports installation of an optional 3.5" HDD rack for increased storage through purchase of PHD4 accessory. *Note: Installation of ODD is not compatible with 3.5" HDD configuration.

Heat pipe cooling technology

The XH110 and XH110V feature Shuttle's exclusive heat pipe cooling module with smart fan design. The precise vent design allows for constant air circulation between the inside and outside of the machine, resulting in high stability and low noise for long-term operation.

Operable in 0-50 degrees C environments

The XH110 series uses industrial capacitors in order to meet the environmental operation demands of commercial applications.

Support 4K Ultra HD

HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs support 4K high resolution (3840x2160). Now with four times the resolution of Full HD, viewers can enjoy the crystal clear imaging of 4K.

Dual-screen display Outputs

The XH110 series provides one DisplayPort and one HDMI video outputs to support dual independent screens. Use an adaptor to convert HDMI into DVI interface and DisplayPort into HDMI or DVI interface for diversified signal selection.

Support two M.2 expansion slots

The XH110 series is built-in one M.2 2280/2260/2242 with Type M and one M.2 2230 with Type A/E slots to install M.2 SSD and a WiFi card or other compatible devices, proving a strong expansion capacity.

Support Intel Dual Gigabit LAN

The XH110 series built-in Intel Dual Gigabit LAN, supports Wake On LAN and Teaming Mode function to provide high-speed data transfer capacity. Connect to a single network using two cables at once with an appropriate switch (teaming mode with load balancing or failover function) or to two different networks depending on the needs of the user.

24/7 Certified

Approved for 24/7 operation, the series uses smart fan and heat-pipe technology to keep things cool for extended periods of operation.

Support VESA Mount Capability

Designed to blend seamlessly into commercial environments, the XH110 series is able to be mounted on the rear of LCD monitors with an optional PV02 accessory.

Support Power on by RTC

Enter BIOS to set up the Power on by RTC function that allows you to set a time to boot up the computer and to turn off with the Windows task scheduler. This feature means saving electricity and energy as well as eliminating the cost of on-site service.

Watchdog Security Protection

Watchdog Timer provides excellent security protection for systems that need to operate continuously for long periods of time. If a problem occurs, the system will quickly recover normal operating status for seamless security protection.
