The Dual Channel IDE JBOD/RAID PCI Controller provides a simple and economical solution to add two IDE channels, as well as RAID and individual drive capability to any desktop system. Designed to install into the standard PCI slot of either a standard height or low profile PC, this controller can be used to connect a total of 4 IDE or ATAPI devices, or a combination of each in master/slave configurations.
The onboard firmware enables easy set up of 4 hard drives as RAID 1 for real time backup, as RAID 0 for high performance, or a combination of both as RAID 10. The support of the fastest Ultra ATA-133 also ensures the highest data throughput when connected to any IDE hard drive.
