Overview

Stylish high quality aluminium USB 2.0 enclosure

This 2.5" external enclosure is not only practical and data safe, but also presented very appealing. The USB 2.0 interface is still widespread and used as before in all areas of IT everyday.

The enclosure supports SATA I/II/II HDD/SSD, with no space limitation and with full support to Plug & Play as well as HotSwap.

Well protected - HDD/SSDs up to 9.5 mm high can be logded in this aluminium enclosure, which, even due to its small dimension still protects the HDD again heavy damage.

Well connected - The included in the delivery USB 2.0 data cable is especially robust in the bending areas and there fore provide a safe and damage free data transfer.

  • The enclosure is equipped with a USB 2.0 Type-A interface and can transfer data with transfer rates up to 480 Mbit/s. Power is supplied to via the USB port.
  • Well informed - The IB-242U2 can be used with any OS. Besides the USB 2.0 port there is an LED indicator, which provides important information regarding the HDD inside the enclosure.
  • A blue constant light informs us that the enclosure receives enough power, a blinking LED informs us of HDD activity.
