We are looking for a keen team player to work with our support staff advising cutomers of their order status and updating products on the Techbuy website.
we will accept applications from school leavers with a good telephone manner and computer skills.
You will need to have a good attention to detail and able to learn quickly, we will train in the use of our specialised software.
You must be comfortable phoning our customers, suppliers and taking their phone calls.
The following basic requirements must be met.
Any Computeror / Camera / Electronics knowledge will assist your application
The ability to edit pictures and some basic HTML knowledge will again assist your application
You will need to be a self starter able to plan your work and achieve results
Able to use the Internet carry out product searches and verification of the products.
Age open.
Must be a team player
Drivers Licence is not essential.
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday plus some Saturday Mornings
Good command of English is essential must be able to spell, read and write clearly.
We are located in Silverwater with train/bus access from Auburn Station.
