If you are located in Sydney and would like your Techbuy purchase delivered and installed for you simply include this product on your order. You will save on freight when our technicians delivery your goods and will have peace of mind when it is installed and running smoothly.
Our call out area isdefined by 20 minute travel time on Google maps from our office location at 103 Beaconsfield Street Silverwater. Callout to all Sydney is a flat rate of $25 on top of any service charges you accrue during your service. If you require help with the call out area please phone us on 02 9648 1818 for assistance. The callout fee is waived under certian circumstances.
Charges and Payment information
Initial charge is one hour followed by additional time charged in 30 minute blocks for hardware and software trouble shooting. The first 15-30 minutes is typically spent appraising your problems or preparing hardware/software for installation. You can opt to pay in cash when the technician has completed the job or you can call through your credit card details for payment upon completion. We can invoice business customers for payment however this is not available for home users.
Rates
Home Users : $40 per 30 minutes
Business Users : $45 per 30 minutes
Our home services are covered by a three hour maximum charge (plus call out if applicable) to give you peace of mind and keep your bill low even when you have complex, time consuming problems. All customers will also be covered by our "no fix, no charge" guarantee, that is if we can't fix it or locate the problem then you are under no obligation to pay us a cent!
