Acer will make all the necessary arrangements to forward your Acer product to the Acer National Repair Centre. You need to ensure that your Acer product is suitably packaged following the packing guidelines provided by Acer and labelled with Acer reference number. The average repair turn-around time is 5 to 10 business days. Once the repair is completed, your product will be forwarded back to you. Accidents are a part of life – but when they occur, knowing how to manage them effectively is what really matters. With Acer Care Protection Plan, your registered Acer product will enjoy up to 90 days accidental damage cover from the purchase date of your Acer product. The cover safeguards you against unintentional damage, such as unintentional liquid spills, electrical surges, drops, falls and/or other collisions.
