The World's First PCIe 4.0x4 Controller, PHISON PS5016-E16 controller, made
by 28nm manufacturing technology. The advanced fabrication process ensures
PS5016-E16 has enough compute power for ECC processing when adopting the latest
3D TLC NAND flash. PS5016-E16 also features eight NAND channels with 32 CE
targets, DDR4 DRAM caching, and a PCIe 4.0x4 interface. As for features, the
chip supports the NVMe 1.3 protocol, LDPC error correction, Wear Leveling, and
Over-Provision technologies to improve reliability and durability of SSDs.

Advanced Thermal Solution for Gen4 SSD
The thermal design is exclusively for high end Gen4 SSDs with its smart
active and passive cooling. It prevents SSDs from thermal throttling and ensures
stable operating. The working temperature is 30%* lower with the armor, copper
heatsink and reactive fan.
Conducted Airflow and Pure Copper Heatsink
A large all copper heatsink touches the SSDs hottest controller and transfers
heat to the multi-cut copper heatsink. The blower fan helps to draw heat away
more quickly, preventing thermal throttling on the SSD to maintain amazing
speeds at all times.
Temperature Sensor and Fan Profile
Built in with 8 temperature sensors to real time monitor AORUS Gen4 AIC 8TB
SSD working temperature.
In AORUS Storage Manager, it provides 3 fan operating modes for user to

AORUS Storage Manager
AORUS Storage Manager is a dedicated software to detect and monitor multiple
SSD status such as how many SSD is detected, enable Software RAID0 with a single
click and select different fan mode base on different hardware
configurations.
SSD Tool Box
The newly updated SSD Tool Box is a software that gives users an overview of
the SSD Status and various aspects such as model name, FW version, health
condition and sensor temperature. Moreover, users can clear all the data with
