If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to a local Post Office for collection by you.
Larger parcels may be taken straight to your Post Office for collection.
eParcel is traceable but may not appear in the tracking on the AusPost site until after delivery is made, so relax if your parcel is not tracking beyond the local Rydalmere delivery center.
Delivery is usually around two days for metropolitan areas and longer for outlying towns, farms and stations.
You can request email updates for your delivery on the Australia Post website after your order has been despatched.

Offering a door to door delivery service Australia wide, StarTrack is the fastest method we offer for deliveries outside metropolitan Sydney.
Delivery is typically overnight for metro areas (excluding Hobart which may be 2 days) and 1-2 days for outlying areas.
We recommend StarTrack for business deliveries.
NOTE! If delivery cannot be achieved on the first attempt you may incur redelivery fees from StarTrack.
If you miss the delivery or you are not located in a metro area your parcel may be taken to an StarTrack depot for collection or taken to your local post office for collection.

PLEASE NOTE!
For ALL international orders using standard Airmail they are not traceable and can take up to six weeks or more for delivery and we consider the parcel delivered once it has been collected by Australia Post.
For standard airmail shipments we do provide a shipping consignement number, however, this number is not searchable on the Australia post website and may or may not allow the tracing of a shipment depending on the country the shipment is going to.
