Please see below for trading hours over the Christmas festive period and some notes regarding ordering, contact and shipping.
- Ordering -
Please remember that un-like staff, our website is not allowed to even consider taking a holiday and will be working as per normal (24 hours a day, every day) and the best part is we don't have to pay overtime! :)
Please feel free to place orders online even when we are closed because our purchasing team will be busy consigning stock and placing supplier orders for when the staff return.
- Contact -
Our sales team will respond to e-mails as quickly as possible, however we are expecting a large backlog that could take longer than normal to clear. If you have a URGENT inquire please call our sales team during the open hours for assistance.
- Shipping -
We are busy working hard to get all your order shipped well before Christmas, however if you are not going to be in attendance of the address you have specified (or only between certain hours) please let us know ASAP as we will need to leave instructions for the courier.
If you are not in attendance and fail to notify us prior to dispatch, there may be additional return/re-shipping fees that the couriers may charge.
Some couriers request that we do not ship out orders on the afternoon leading up to a long weekend, please be sure to contact us if you have any urgent dispatch requirements.
