01 What is Ceramic Enamel
A ceramic is an inorganic, nonmetallic solid prepared by the action of heat and subsequent cooling. It is often understood as a material like pottery. Technically, if something contains more than around 40% of SiO2, it can be called Ceramic Enamel. Samsung Ceramic Enamel consists of some SiO2.
02 How to make Ceramic Enamel?
Ceramic Enamel is made in the same way to make a high quality pottery. After fusing the powdered ceramic to a steel and fire it at a high temperature. As SiO2 melts at high temperature, it has smooth surface and nice gloss.
