Uniden has expanded its suite of in-car technology products with the introduction of the iGO Cam 850. The Uniden iGO Cam 850 is a flagship model an ultra-compact recorder with three cameras than can help protect drivers from fraudulent claims and accident disputes.
The iGO Cam 850 is equipped with night vision allowing you to capture any accidents at night. The iGO CAM 850 is also equipped with a reverse camera to capture reverse footage. With a GPS antenna you are also enabling your videos to be geotagged. Get the full picture of an accident with GPS tracking. This will record the direction you are travelling, your location and speed.
Uniden offers the latest in vehicle accident recording 'black box' technology. Mounted on the inside of the car windscreen, the iGO Cam 850 can automatically detect any sudden changes in car movement through its G-Sensor, such as when an accident occurs, and immediately records the footage in high definition. The vehicle recorder can also loop record which continually records what is happening. This footage can then be used to provide evidence of who is at fault so that drivers can easily report incidents to police and insurance companies.
The Uniden iGO Cam 850 has three cameras allowing you to capture more than one angle and gain extra wide footage from the front and also on the back if need be. With a 2.7" Colour LCD Screen you can play back any footage on the screen if you need to review anything on the go.
The Uniden iGO Cam 850 can also be set up to continuously capture road vision and users can playback journeys taken. Packed full of state-of-the-art features, Uniden iGO CAM utilises a 1080HD Camera to ensure high quality footage is recorded. Motion Detection enables the camera to collect evidence even when the car is parked and without the driver present with the camera instantly capturing footage if the car is bumped or scraped. With the help of a built-in G-sensor and the device's Collision Detection Mode, the camera can also detect a change in motion which will instantly trigger recording in the event of an accident.
