The new formula of Blue Treasure SPS Sea Salt is the result of years of research into the physiological demands of corals in the reef aquarium environment and the growth, breeding of other marine living organisms around the world.
It’s the ideal product for household saltwater aquarium tanks and other big aquariums.
Blue Treasure SPS Salt is more purified than the Blue Treasure Reef Sea Salt on which it is based.
The new formular of Blue Treasure SPS (Stone Coral) Sea Salt has been specially developed for the growth and breeding of SPS (Stone Coral), this new formulation has the required levels of calcium, magnesium, strontium and other essential trace elements of natural sea water.
In addition to this it also has more Ca, Mg, K and other trace minerals supplemented to keep enough essential element to keep alive and assist in breeding SPS.
It is produced using very strict manufacturing processes in accordance with ISO9001:2008 requirements.
Unlike other evaporated industral salts, the sodium chlorid of Blue Treasure Salt is purified from pure, non-poluted underground brine.
It is a very rare underground brine sources in the world, only found in the Bohai Bay and Huanghai Bay areas. This rich underground brine allows us to produce the finest quality sodium chloride to be found anywhere on Earth.
In addition to this, since 1966 The Ocean University of China research department has assisted Blue Treasure to utilise these natural resources and their scientific research allows us to supply the finest quality sea salt
The raw materials of all Blue Treasure synthetic sea salts are selected from pure, food grade materials and contain all of the trace elements which are found in natural seawater. Other special vitamins and protective colloids are added to Blue Treasure Salt to improve the immune functions of living marine organisms.

It
The SPS Sea Salt enhances the absorptive capacity of the marine living organisms, improving their physique, and maintaining the ideal buffer capacity and stable pH. It is particularly suitable for sensitive marine aquarium husbandry and cultivation.
The Blue Treasure sea salts have been used for many years in public aquariums, zoos, and scientific institutions around the world.
Directions for use:
Use 1 kg of Blue Treasure SPS Sea Salt mix with 28.5 Litres (7.5 gallons) of fresh water (RO water recommended) until the salt has completely dissolved.
At a temperature of 23-25?/73-77?, the specific gravity of the saltwater should range from 1.024 to 1.026.
A weekly, partial water change, replacing 10?of the total water volume with saltwater prepared with Blue Treasure Reef Sea Salt, will help to maintain the water quality that your live marine organism need for good health.
